With May being a peak travel season in Vienna and hotel demand exceptionally high, we strongly urge you to secure your accommodation without delay to guarantee availability at the special PCC 2026 rate. Please note:
- Each person needs to be registered individually.
- All conference fees above are in EURO including VAT.
- Cancellation conditions and refunds: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to office[at]pcc2026.com. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 6th up to which date 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued for unattended events, early departures, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
Visa requirements
Participants who require an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organisers may request one by contacting the PCC 2026 office at office[at]pcc2026.com
Please note that a Letter of Invitation will only be issued after successful registration for the conference and submission of all required information.
The Letter of Invitation does not constitute a commitment by the conference organisers to provide any financial support. All expenses related to conference registration, travel, accommodation, and participation are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
Participants are advised to contact the nearest Austrian embassy or consulate to obtain accurate information regarding visa requirements and application timelines.

To proceed with issuing your official invitation letter for visa purposes, the Austrian authorities require the following information. Please also ensure that you have completed your registration for the PCC meeting, if you have not already done so: https://pcc2026.com/registration/
